Ingredients
* 10 med carrots, sliced
* Parsley, mint, dill finely chopped
* 2 slices bread, crumbed
* Flour for coating
* 6 dried apricots, finely chopped
* Sauce: 3 tbsp yogurt, juice 1/2 lemon, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, salt pepper
* 1/2 onion, finely sliced
* 2 tbsp pine nuts (optional)
* 2–3 cloves garlic, crushed with salt
* Pinch chilli
* 1 egg
Directions
1. Steam carrots until soft; drain; mash with fork; add rest of ingredients and knead well.
2. Mould into oblongs; dip into flour; fry until brown on all sides; drain on kitchen paper.
3. For the sauce: beat ingredients together; season well.
